River decided to study to become a mortgage adviser during the first covid lockdown after a professional football career with Plymouth Argyle Football Club. He has gone on to pass his Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP) at levels 1, 2 and 3 covering subjects from UK Financial Services and Regulation through to Assessment of Mortgage Advice and Knowledge. His clients praise him for his ‘very friendly and professional manner’ and for always going ‘above and beyond’ throughout mortgage application processes with his clients.
